The Vertere Inventory Manager (IM) is a scalable software application for scientific materials management. Use it to monitor your:

Chemicals Equipment Supplies Data Sheets

Choose the Chemical Module to track your reagent inventory; use the General Module to monitor your lab equipment; use the Supply Module to order and manage consumables; link to ChemWatch for Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDSs). IM will accommodate changing business and regulatory requirements. Consider the advantages of the Inventory Manager:

• Delivered with over 250,000 vendor specific chemicals in a catalog you will use to speed inventory tasks.

• Common import and export wizards, barcode functionality (printing, reading,
  downloads and uploads to barcode r e a d e r s ) , h e l p f u n c t i o n s , a n d demonstration/training systems.

• Common module management. A super user has access to all applications to customize operations for one or more of the applications, automating transactions between modules or enabling users to easily switch between modules.
  
• Common security. All modules share security features that protect the system, control user rights, and restrict access to inventory items. And the system provides detailed traceability and 21CFR Part 11 compliance.
  
• Shared data. All modules share core tables such as vendors, locations, users and groups, and account numbers.

Each Module allows users to customize fields, set required and default values, disable fields, and define security requirements. Group security is fully supported.
