Provides a link between your products, your Emergency Procedures, Emergency Responders and our IRMA Experts
Emergency telephone is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in over 100 languages. Click here for list of languages
A team of trained Emergency Responders, each with many years of experience in Incident Response provide expert assistance to those on the ground

To Get Started:
You
• Provide a folio of your (Material) Safety Data Sheets [(M)SDS] and / or
• A spreadsheet with the names of all products and their vendors (the Bill of Materials)

We
• Transfer (M)SDS to the Master Database and / or
• Contact your Vendor to ensure that all (M)SDS are available and current
• Evaluate the (M)SDS and create support documentation
• Manage your (M)SDS folios
• Issue you with the Emergency Hot-Line number(s) to enable you to use the service in the countries in which you require cover.Landlines are used for the primary connection. In most cases a single number is available worldwide
• Provide Emergency Hot-Line(s) access to:

o All Emergency Responders at the scene of an incident
o Members of the Workplace or Public who might first witness the incident

Our team has developed Incident Scenarios and Documents for your products well before the incident occurs. We do NOT only rely upon the (M)SDS to guide us during the course of the emergency.

In exceptional circumstances, extensive in-house incident management experience is available to respond to the unexpected. All responders are professionally trained experts drawn from many disciplines

• Labels, Placards (both static and mobile)
• Tremcards, Shipping Documents and
• Emergency Documents
